Your voice can help change what happens next.
Help shape the future of menopause care for the women who come after you.
Sharing your experience is optional and takes only a few minutes.
Women’s voices belong
at the centre of
menopause care.
AMI’s Voice of Australian Women initiative is being built to better understand what women actually experience through perimenopause and menopause — what affects them, what they struggle to explain, what they wish they had known earlier, and what happens when they seek help.
We are bringing those experiences together so they can help shape better menopause education, better healthcare conversations, clearer information for women, and future advocacy around menopause care.
This is not about replacing clinical evidence.
It is about adding something clinical evidence cannot provide on its own: the lived experience of the woman receiving that care.
Every woman’s experience is different. But when many experiences are heard together, patterns can emerge — in what helped, what didn’t, what women found confusing, and what they wish healthcare professionals understood better.
Your experience doesn’t have to end with you.
It could help the next woman feel heard sooner.
Help change the narrative, so our daughters don’t have to fight the fight we have.
